Cute Retro decor. Mismatched but in a good way..Only 60 per night, books fast, call early. Rooms have kitchenette & some with gas ranges in them. Always clean and nice staff, they have weekly rates as well. Stayed a week once visiting, I will stay again for sure. Leave a tip
I stayed there for almost two weeks when I would otherwise have been homeless. Caring service, and I mean, for the price - cozy and complete rooms. Maple Plain may not be the ideal place you want to stay but hey, they were MUCH cheaper than in Buffalo, where I did once and now reside. These folks treat the price as a motel, not as some “apartment for rent”. I didn’t wish to be in the position I was - but Im kind of grateful as an overall privileged person to experience what I had to - at this motel. Thank you, owners.

Super nice owner's! The rooms are clean but not fancy. Been there for a few months and have nothing to complain about.
Malik and his family were so very warm, kind and accommodating. I stayed throughout the summer and I couldn't have asked for better hosts. They provided fresh towels/washcloths every few days, a microwave and mini fridge, cable TV, WIFI and the showers always had hot water. They also currently provide a weekly rate which was great! Would definitely stay here again!
